Mr. Richard Shelton, Jr.'s Obituary
Richard Dale Shelton, Jr. age 43, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 in Hermitage, Tennessee. Richard was born on July 29, 1975 in McMinnville, Tennessee.
Richard had a great love for his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He loved sitting around eating food and talking to everyone that he met, in fact, Richard could be known as a “social butterfly.” He was an outdoors person where he spent a lot of his time fishing. He was an avid Cowboys fan. He cherished greatly the life that he had been blessed with.
Richard is survived by his daughter, Anastasia Shelton; sons, Kenneth Green and Richard Shelton, III; mother, Vickie Shelton; sister, Amicka Shannon; his friend and mother of his son, Katrina Green. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 10 am until the time of service at 2 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Kenneth Green, Richard Shelton, III, Josh Shelton, Calvin Lee, Douglas Lee, Cody Hartless, Thomas Smith and Malcom Douglas.
Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery has been entrusted with the final care of Mr. Shelton.
