Ricky Alan McBroom, age 57, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Margie McBroom; infant son, Sean McBroom; infant brother, Jerry McBroom. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Michelle McBroom; two daughters, Andrea Dillinger (Craig), Courtney McBroom; sons, Ricky McBroom II, Cory McBroom; sisters, Barbara McBroom, Sharon Pike (Tim).
Ricky was a huge CUBS fan and Vanderbilt basketball fan. He loved to travel and was considered a family man. Ricky would help anyone in need and was kind to all those he met, having never met a stranger. Ricky was a delivery driver for Papa Johns Pizza for 20 years.
Visitation for Ricky will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 10 AM until 2 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 with a Celebration of Life Funeral Service starting at 2 PM. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
