Mr. Robert Dale Bentley's Obituary
Robert Dale Bentley Sr, age 90, of Nashville, TN, passed away Friday, July 12th at Cadence at Rivergate.
He was a WW2 veteran and a Mason.
He worked some years as a truck driver for Roadway Express. He built a restaurant, the Snowflake Dairy Bar, which he worked at most of his career. He was married to Ruth Felts Bentley until her death in 2001. They had two sons, Bob and Tom.
He is survived by Bob and wife Kathy of Hermitage, daughter-in-law, Rhonda of Atlanta, grandchildren Nathan, Olivia, Micah and Joshua, great grandchildren, Hannah, Alexis, Maia, Logan and Grayson.
Visitation for Robert will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from Noon until 2 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 PM. Burial is private. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville landmark since 1785 “Where Nashville Comes to Remember”
