Mr. Robert William Clark III's Obituary
Robert William Clark, III (Bill) age 85. After graduating from West End High School, he entered the Navy. There he was in communications on an ice breaker to the North Pole and South Pole. He was with Admiral Byrd on the operation, “Deep Freeze.”
He graduated from Tennessee Tech as an Electrical Engineer, working at Dupont about 35 years.
At Riverwood Church of Christ, he taught the youth group, served as a teacher, deacon, and elder.
Married to Shirley 61 years. Two children, Mike Clark, Nancy Gregory (Trent), two grandchildren David and Daniel Gregory, sister Mary Sue James, brothers John and Joe, nieces and nephews.
