Robert W. Dyke's Obituary
DYKE, ROBERT W.- 81, born October 13, 1929 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; died July 31, 2011 in Nashville, TN. He served many years as a medical missionary in Kingston, Jamaica and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thirty two years ago he moved to Jellico, TN were he worked in the laboratory at the Jellico Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Norma; two sons: Rodney (Peggy) of Shreveport, LA and Bryan (Denise) of Cleveland, TN: two daughters: Heidi (Steven) Foulk of Largo, FL and Sharon (Julie B.) Smith of Nashville, TN; one sister: Laura (John) Smith of McBride, Alberta, Canada; three grandchildren: LeAnn Gerapy, Rob and Stephen Dyke; five great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members. Memorial services officiated by Pastor Kevin Doe will be held at the Jellico Seventh Day Adventist Church on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 3 pm.
