Mr. Robert Ziegler's Obituary
Robert Andrew Ziegler, age 74 of Lebanon passed away October 17, 2013 at his home. Mr. Ziegler was a courageous man of great integrity. He proudly volunteered to serve his country in the U.S. Army where he was assigned to the 101st Airborne. While in the Army he was an excellent marksman and was named the Colonel’s Orderly twice and General’s Orderly once. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Ziegler; children, Andy Ziegler, Chris Ziegler, Gary Ziegler, Donna McElroy and Sherry Drake; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Michael, Richard and Daniel Ziegler, and sister, Rita Merena. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd at 12:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Nashville National Cemetery.
