Robin Harper, 63, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Alive Hospice on June 17, 2024. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on June 8, 1961, to Marshall and Ruby Carter, Sr.
She is survived by daughter, Rebecca Upchurch, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and many close nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 1 PM.
