Mr. Roger Dale Dickens' Obituary
Roger Dale Dickens, age 57 of Nashville passed away on August 27, 2013. Roger was born on December 24, 1955 in Mt. Juliet, TN. He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Dickens. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Idella "Yvonne" Dickens; children, Shanna Barr and Jonathan Dickens; grandchildren, Emily Barr and Ty Buggs; mother, Irene Beal; sisters-in-law, Opal Tobitt, Helen Brewer and Belinda Henley; brothers-in-law, Glenn Henley, Ralph Henley and Freddy Brewer; favorite nieces, Jennifer Boyd, Rachel Tate and Chelsea Tobitt; favorite nephews, Joshua Henley, Michael Brewer, Jeremey Tate and Joel Boyd; great nieces, Isabella Boyd and Emma Henley;and great nephews, Noah Harshman, Matthew and Alexander Boyd and Peyton Brewer. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 29th from 4-8 P.M. at Spring Hill Funeral Home. According to his wishes Mr. Dickens will be cremated.
