Ronald served our great nation in the United States Army and is a Korean War Veteran. After the war, he returned to his hometown of Buffalo, NY where he married the love of his life and raised three children. In 1983 the Buffalo loving couple took their empty nest, along with their Buffalo Bills fandom, to the warmer Florida climate, where they resided for the remainder of their lives.
Ronald had many hobbies and enjoyed spending pretty days on a golf course, riding his scooter, playing lottery scratch off games, crossword puzzles and playing bingo. Of all his favorite past times, buying cars was probably his favorite though. At last count, he owned more than 35 vehicles in his lifetime.
The family and friends of Ronald Norton will undeniably miss his unforgettable Archie Bunker personality, his quick wit, sincere smile, powder blue eyes and the special love he shared with those who knew him.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. All services are private at this time.
