Rose Marie Shoulders' Obituary
SHOULDERS, Rose Marie- Age 81 of Lebanon, a resident of Saddlebrook Adult Community, passed away on Monday, August 22nd. She was a retired RN and Dorm mom at Freed-Hardeman University and was affectionately known as "Mama Rose". She was born to the late James and Ruth Murphy. She is also preceded in death by her husband; Paul Edward Shoulders; and grandchildren, Clark Derryberry and Amanda Steward. She is survived by her sons, Jon (Pam) Shoulders and Tim (Valerie) Shoulders; daughters, Paula (George) Boling and Suzanne (Bob) Derryberry; brother, James Murphy of Anaheim, CA; grandchildren, Stewart Boling, Kathleen Boling, Rob Derryberry, Anna Carter, Paul Derryberry, Paul Robert (Jennifer) Shoulders, Bethany Shoulders, Davis Shoulders, Heather and Tiffany Shoulders, Kristen Shoulders, and Luke Shoulders; and four great grandchildren. The men of Benson and Brigance Hall to serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be from 4-8PM, Tuesday, August 23rd. A funeral service will be held at 4:30PM, Wednesday, August 24th with visitation two hours prior. Mr. Jon Shoulders, President of Friendship Christian School, to officiate.
