Although my mom has been gone for 25 years - this man was my dad for 18 years prior. We lost contact for a while after the passing of my Mom - only because it made it easier for me (or at least I thought it did) and I wanted him to move on without having to worry about my sister and I. We got back in contact several years back and it was like we didn't miss a beat. He meant so much to me and I loved him so much. I got to visit with him the Sunday prior to his death and I am so glad I did. He has a very special place in my heart and I am not sure what we would have done without him so many years ago. I am going to miss you so much Roy Wayne - tell Mom I said hello and I love her too. Until we meet again.
