Ruby Golda Shadowens' Obituary
SHADOWENS, Ruby G. of Nashville passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2009; she was 88. Preceded in death by her husband, Joe Andrew Shadowens. Survived by her sons, John (Edna) Shadowens, Robert Shadowens and Lawrence (Sandra) Shadowens; brother, Charles Douglas; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. Shadowens was a member of the Church of Christ. She was retired from Better Built Aluminum. The family will receive friends on Tuesday (today) from 1 to 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home and where funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 10:30 AM with Bro. Hubert Raines and Bro. Joe Bogle officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
