Her family also includes two daughter-in-laws, Alice Higgins and Linda Higgins and grandchildren; Jennifer Ansley (Lee) Black, Scott Andrew (Karen) Higgins, and Julie Linda (Shae) Higgins, and great grandchildren, Andrew and William Black.
Evelyn was such a kind and gentle lady, who loved to please all of those around her. She was such a perfect wife and mother, who received such joy from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to cook and some of her specialties include Jam cake, fudge, and her famous Mexican dinner and of course her homemade jam. She also loved to garden as she created spectacular Angel Wing Begonias. In 2011 she moved to Brighton Gardens, where she was loved by all, as she enjoyed her daily exercise class, crafts, the social events and her favorite activity of all…. BINGO.
