Ms. Ruth T. Davis' Obituary
Ruth Thweatt Davis, age 91 passed away March 18, 2014. Miss Davis was a lifelong resident of Inglewood. She was a teacher and librarian for Metro Schools. Miss Davis was a member of Jackson Park Church of Christ, a devout Democrat and an expert genealogist. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.O. and Ruth Davis; and her sister, Sarah Davis Cummings. She is survived by 4 nephews and 1 niece. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 21st at 2:30 P.M. in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery with Bro. Jim Olive officiating.
