Ruth Smith Rice's Obituary
Ruth S. Rice-age 86 of Hendersonville, TN passed away on September 30, 2011. She will always be remembered for her love of family, gardening, and amazing culinary skills. Mrs. Rice is preceded in death by her 5 siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years Francis Neal Rice, son Dr. Ron N. Rice and wife Pam, grandsons Reverend Bradley Neal Rice, and Captain William Tyler Rice; Sister Juanita and husband A.L. Freeman. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 3-5:30PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society in honor of her son Dr. Rice.
