Sandra Kay Boswell's Obituary
Sandra Kay Boswell of Madison, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on February 22nd, 2023. She was born on September 14th, 1946 to William C. Boswell and Mary L. Vaughn Boswell.
Kay was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend. She graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky with a degree in business. She proudly served as a director of sales for hotels in Orlando, Florida. In addition, she served as a legal secretary, real estate agent, and interior designer. She was also a member of the famous Red Hat Society. Kay was a social butterfly with a heart for connecting with people. She was the epitome of class, elegance, grace, and love. You earned yourself a friend for life once you got to know her. Kay was a bright light in the lives of her friends and family, and her presence will be dearly missed.
Kay is preceded in death by her father William C. Boswell, and her niece Tonya Marie Tyler. She is survived by her mother Mary Boswell of Madison, Tennessee; brother Blake (Linda) Boswell of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sisters Linda (Donnie) Madison of Alvaton, Kentucky, Connie Boswell of Lexington, Kentucky, Sharon (Jimmy) Wayman of Nashville, Tennessee, and Renee Boswell (Mike) Stangel of Nashville, Tennessee; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Per Kay’s wishes, the family will lay her to rest in a private ceremony at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Alive Hospice of Nashville, Tennessee in Kay’s name.
