Mrs. Sara F. Poe's Obituary
Sara F. Poe, age 99, of Madison, TN, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2016. She was born October 14, 1916 in Chapel Hill, Tennessee and was a longtime member of Madison Church of Christ. She taught knitting for 25 years at her church. She was a treasure to her family.
Sara is survived by her daughters, Jackie Conner, Janice Downs and Suzanne Rippeteau; grandchildren, Lisa Harris, Jay Rippeteau, Suzanna Denton, Chip Conner and Cherie Conner; great-grandchildren, Roman Rippeteau, Ellie Harris, Emmie Harris, Rhett Rippeteau, Christian Conner, Sterling Drake, Abbie Conner, Dalton Robinson, Raife Rippeteau, Yale Robinson and Britt Denton.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 with a celebration of life funeral service following at 12 p.m. all at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
