Mrs. Sharon Conley's Obituary
Sharon Sue (Deason) Conley, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee. Sharon was born on July 23, 1949 in Nashville.
Sharon came from a musical family and had a passion for playing and listening to music herself – she was learning to play the piano to add to her musical skills. She enjoyed gardening, art, reading and golf. She was a member of DAR and worked for the VA Medical Center for twenty-five years as the secretary in the chief of surgery office. She cherished her family and the life that she was blessed with.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Merle (Hopkins) Deason.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, David Lee Conley, Sr.; son, David Lee Conley, Jr.; two grandchildren, Daniel Lee Conley and James Austin Denny; a host of nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her loving pet named Thunder, that is a retired accredited racer Greyhound. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Mark Stone officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday from 11 am until the time of service. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
Serving as active Pallbearers will be David Lee Conley, Jr., Daniel Lee Conley, James Austin Denny, Mark Stone, Larry Deason, Sr., Larry Deason, Jr.
