Mrs. Shelia Jayne Thomas Osborne, age 65 of Antioch, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Elizabeth Thomas; sisters, Rosemary Cummins, Linda Stout and brother Butch Thomas. She is survived by her daughters, Heidi Billingsley and Tommie Ann Walker; sister, Sherry Frey; grandchildren Amanda Casey, Thomas Casey, Hillary Walker and Caitlin Walker. She is also survived by her loving per “Newman.” Her Celebration of Life graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from Historic Spring Hill Cemetery with Dr. Kevin Shrum officiating.
