Mrs. Shirley Clark's Obituary
Shirley Clark, age 86, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away December 12, 2020. She was born on November 7, 1934 in Plant, Tennessee to the late Rex Malcom and Cleo Cannon Plant. Preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert William Clark, III. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Gregory (Trent) of Smyrna; son Michael Clark of Madison; Brother Larry Plant of Casper, WY; grandchildren David and Daniel Gregory; first cousin Ginger Griesing (Don) of Holland, MI.
Shirley was a member of Riverwood Church of Christ where she was active for over seven decades. Her husband served alongside her as an elder and teacher at the church. She was diligent in reading her Bible every day. She was a true example of a virtuous woman described in Proverbs 31. She spent her life devoted to her family and her faith.
Graveside services will be held Monday, December 21, 2020, 2:00 pm at Spring Hill Cemetery. Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216, 615-865-1101, has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Clark. www.springhillfh.com.
