Siv Chao Ying's Obituary
YING, Siv Chao, Age 90 of Nashville, TN passed away March 29, 2009. She was a faithful attendee of Belmont Heights Baptist Church and loved gardening, sewing, cooking, listening to music, and staying active. She was born in Cambodia in 1919 and moved to the United States in 1981. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoeung Ying, brother, Yi Chov; sister, Sam Chao; and 2 grandchildren. She is survived by sons, Khann Ying, Yiv Ying, Thoung Ying, Phan Ying, Choung Ying, and Joung Ying; daughters, Han Ying, Yik Ying, and Kiv Ying; brother, Voy Chao; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild also survive her. Funeral services will be on Saturday April 4, 2009 at 2PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Kim Sam officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-7PM and on Saturday from 12-2PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Flowers or donations to the family are welcome.
