Mr. Sonnie Tex Gambrel's Obituary
Sonnie Tex Gambrel, age 81 of Nashville, TN passed away December 26, 2013. Mr. Gambrel was born on July 19, 1932 in Kettle Island, Kentucky to Dewey Gambrel and Lillie Bennett. He moved to Nashville to retire in 2003. In Michigan, he owned his own pallet business and over the last 10 years he worked at Gaylord Entertainment in the Cascades Restaurant where he loved to work and enjoyed interacting with the staff and customers. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Sue; son, Donnie Ray Peace; daughter, Denise (Jeff) Zebley; grandsons, Joe (Jennifer) Peace, Owen and Adam Zebley; granddaughters, Janet Peace, Kaylee Primeau, Ella Zebley; many nieces, nephews and friends.
