Mrs. Sophie T. Kizer's Obituary
Mrs. Sophie T. Kizer, 94, widow of Benjamin F. Kizer, Jr., died Saturday, September 13, 2014 at her residence in Nashville.
The Evanston, Illinois native was the daughter of the Late Frank and Helen Tabulaka Fronczak. For many years she was affiliated with Nelson Laundry in Evanston and also in food service of the Willmette Public School System in Willmette, Illinois. She is a former member of Riverside Baptist Church in Nashville. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and canning, buck dancing and the Tennessee Titans. She always loved time she spent with her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters, Helen Latturner, Anne Booker, Frances Rowan and Mary Kneip; a brother, Steve Wyrzucinski.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Ceremony will be conducted Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 12 Noon at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Gary Ferrell officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 10:00AM until service time. Burial will be in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
