Condolences go to Stevie and his family. I remember him fondly. My heart goes out to his family, relatives, and his friends who he brought joy and happiness.
I'm sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I knew Steve from being a tenant in a building that Steve was in charge of the building maintenance. I recall a bleak Saturday when my keys accidently fell out of my hands as I entered the office elevator. The keys fell in the crack between the elevator and the floor and disappeared down the elevator shaft. I was stunned and at a loss what to do next. No keys to drive home or get into my office. Fortunately, Steve had previously given me his phone number. I called Steve and he showed up within 30 minutes with his youngest daughter in-tow (she was sweet and ~ 7-8 years old at the time). Steve pried the elevator open, he jumped down the shaft and retrieved my keys. Steve and his daughter were hero's to me on that day. Breaking away from their personal time to drive 20 miles to assist me in time of need. Steve, was always helpful and maintained a great attitude. With high regard and praise, Steve will be sadly missed.
