Sunny Demetra O’Reilly, age 79, of Flintville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Born December 23, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Stalker and Dorothy McAllister Stalker.
She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed dearly. Sunny served her country proudly in the United States Army. She was a smart, sweet, outgoing lady. She retired after 45 years as a registered nurse.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Joy Garner.
She is survived by her daughters Kelly Crabbe and Katherine (Harvey) Dizol; brother Bill (Susie) Stalker; grandchildren Joshua Taylor and Kaela McCool; great grandchildren Jaidence Taylor, Elaina Harris, James Harris, and Savanna Harris.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 30, from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 1, at 2 PM at the funeral home with burial following in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville.
