Mrs. Suzanne Richardson's Obituary
RICHARDSON, Suzanne Owen--Age 75 of Nashville. February 15, 2014 Preceded in death by husband John David Owen III, sister Nancy Miner Corey. Survived by Dan Sylvia; children Marilyn Owen White, Marion Owen Williams, John David Owen IV; grandchildren Jennifer White, Gray Williams, Grace Owen, Ava Claire Williams and Jack Owen. Suzanne was born January 4, 1939 in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from Peabody College. She was an active member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the Daughters of the American Revolution. After raising her children in Nashville and working at JD Owen General Contractors and the Arlington Company, a family real estate investment partnership which owned the Barbizon Apartments, she retired to Estero, FL.
Family visitation and funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22 at St. Philips Episcopal Church in Donelson, TN . Visitation will be held 9:30 am-11:30 am with the service immediately following. A memorial service will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Bonita Springs, FL at a later date. Donations in Suzanne's memory may be made to the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY.
