Tammy Lynn Bryan's Obituary
Tammy (DuVall) Bryan, a devoted registered nurse and loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 59, after a courageous battle with stage 4 lung cancer.
Born on April 12, 1965. Tammy was the daughter of Georgia Boyed and Otis DuVall. She grew up in Phenix City, AL, graduated from Central High School in 1983, soon after she went on to Tennessee and pursued a fulfilling 35-year career as a registered nurse, specializing in dialysis and touching the lives of thousands of patients.
Tammy's greatest joy in life was enjoying time with her family and friends. She is survived by her mother and step-dad Georgia and Ray Boyed, her son and his wife, Dylan and Grace Bryan; her siblings and their families, Kellie Ciprian, Sheri Weber, and Justin Myers; and her cherished granddaughter, Lily Bryan.
Tammy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her kind spirit, infectious positivity, and generous heart touched countless lives. She had a special talent for providing compassionate care to her patients and a constant love for her family that will forever be remembered.
A visitation and service will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home, located at 5110 Gallatin Pike S, Nashville, TN 37216, on July 14, 2024, Visitation from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (CT). Memorial service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CT).
The family would like to extend their gratitude to her medical team and loved ones who provided unwavering love and care during this time.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, "Where Nashville Comes to Remember."
