Teddy W. Lewis , Age 61 of Goodlettsville.Teddy was born on April 20, 1951 in Nashville to Carl D. and Mary Evelyn Lewis. He is survived by his Wife Joetta, children Nathan Lewis, Tamy Lewis, Phillip Harrison, Kim Satterfield, Kim Shelby, Brothers Tony and Terry lewis, sisters Mary Ann Cook, Lucy Reding, Kay Lewis, Pam Tate, Sherry Hudgens, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Teddy was a very loving father who was a big Dale Earnhardt fan and loved working on old hot rod cars and trucks. Viewing will be on Wednesday July 4th from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and services will be Thursday July 5, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. both at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery.
