Mrs. Teresa Ann Galbreath's Obituary
Teresa Ann Galbreath, age 64 of Goodlettsville, passed away on August 20, 2015. Teresa was born in Nashville, Tennessee on August 9, 1951 to the late George and Alvesta Woodall. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and friend.
Teresa was a graduate of Isaac Litton High School and a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. Guided by her faith in Christ, Teresa gave of her heart and time – not only to her family and neighbors, but to her community as well.
Teresa was proud to have been a receptionist at UT Nashville for several years. Her greatest joy, however, was raising and caring for her children and grandchildren.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, George and Alvesta Woodall.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years, Jim Galbreath; sons, Phillip Galbreath (Laura) and Will Galbreath; grandchildren, Adalynn and Aiden Galbreath; as well as many extended family members and friends, all of whom she loved dearly.
Teresa’s family will receive friends and visitors on Monday, August 24, 2015, from 4:00pm until 8:30pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Additional visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Bro. Lyle Larson will lead a Celebration of Life Service to honor Teresa the same day, at 1:00pm from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
