Terrance "Mac" Hopkins' Obituary
Hopkins, Terrance James “Mac”, age 75 of Nashville TN passed away peacefully on January 1, 2013. Mr. Hopkins is preceded in death by his parents Terrance and Sophie Hopkins and one daughter Pam Hopkins. Survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Edna Hopkins; Sons Jim (Lynne), Mark of Northlake, IL; daughter Debra Hopkins of Northlake, IL. Grandchildren Adrienne, Justine & Luke; Sisters Peg Gemelli & June Exner, stepchildren Charlie (Alicia), Kuwamoto, Diana (Steve ) Fugate, Dawn Dickman(Larry) Debra Symmonds, many stepgrandchildren and extended family. Mr. Hopkins worked as a cement mason since 1958 and was a member of local #502; he was also a U.S Navy veteran. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 5th at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, Nashville TN with Brother Don Tassiah officiating. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday, January 4th from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 11:45 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Nashville Humane Association, in loving memory of Terrance J. Hopkins.
