Terry Dixon's Obituary
Terry Dixon, 58, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bud and Clelly Dixon and Christine Hunter and two brothers, Michael K. Dixon and Joseph D. Dixon. Mr. Dixon is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lynn Dixon, two children, Steven Dixon and Kelly Long (Josh), a granddaughter lovingly known as PawPaw’s princess, Hailey Long, parents, Bill and Sherri Dixon and Linda Beal, three siblings, Tim Dixon (Trayci), Nichole Johnson (Tim) and Charles Hutchison (Sherry), nieces and nephews, Cameron Wallace (Lanie), Austin Wallace (Raven), Jake Roberts, Shane Hutchison, Chris Stafford, Angel Dixon, Gina Parnell, Little Joe Dixon, and Crystal Dixon, a grand-niece, Ana Wallace, a grand-nephew, Baby Boy Wallace, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a favorite dog, Severi.
Mr. Dixon was a loving husband, father, grandfather and more. He was everybody’s reliable best friend. He was often referred to as the solid rock of the family that took care of anything and everything for anyone. His brother and sister were part of his adventure driving his truck and being in the mountains. Hailey, his number one granddaughter, was not only the pride but also his joy in his life as they shared a special bond.
Mr. Dixon worked for over ten years for SA Recycling.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, February 6 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville.
