Mrs. Theresa Lejeune Watson's Obituary
Theresa L. Watson, age 64, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020. Theresa was born on October 11, 1955 in Lebanon, Tennessee the daughter of George and Laura (Guyton) Jackson
Theresa was a very kind soul who took great joy in praying for others. She had many ministries that allowed her to bring God into the lives of others. She had a text ministry where she would send scripture texts to her family and friends every morning. Theresa would also send cards to people who were shut ins or less fortunate to let them know that she was praying for them. She was a woman of many talents and was a fantastic cook, she loved making spaghetti for her family and experimenting with different foods to make new dishes. Theresa loved life and loved living. Most of all Theresa loved spending time with her family and she will be greatly missed.
Theresa is survived by her husband of 27 years Robert Watson, her daughter Cherlyn McMurrian (Jason), sisters Shelia Caroland (Ross), Diane Floyd (Ted), Marylene Barrett, Nancy Webb, brother Bobby Jackson. Theresa is also survived by her granddaughter Cassidy McMurrian.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Donald Jackson and Jimmy Jackson.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 5-8 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery at 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216. A second visitation will be held on Friday with the service immediately following at 11 AM in the Spring Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
