Mr. Thomas Jefferson Bell's Obituary
Thomas Jefferson Bell, age 68, of Madison went to be with his heavenly father Thursday, January 7, 2016. He was born September 17, 1947 in Nashville, TN to the late Thomas A. Bell and Hildred A. Hughes Bell Spencer. Tom was a twice wounded Vietnam Veteran. After serving his country he was a high voltage lineman at Nashville Electric Service for 37 years.
He is survived by his wife, Candy Morgan; children, Shayne Bell, Jason Bell, Jeremy Bell, Wendy Allen, Rachel Miller,
and Zachary Miller; sister, Jackie Lampley; grandchildren, Jessica Nelson, Aaron Bell, Ryan Bell, Emily Bell, Brayden Bell, Dawson Bell, Kaden Bell, Nora Bell, Hunter Allen, Jared Allen, Gracyn Miller, and Kadyn Miller.
Sunday, January 10, 2016, the family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rosary Service beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, January 11th visitation will be at Spring Hill Funeral Home from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Military honors will take place prior to processing to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, January 11th at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Ben Butler officiating. Interment will be at a later date at Nashville National Cemetery.
Pallbearers serving will include Aaron Bell, Ryan Bell, Jared Allen, Hunter Allen, David Jones and Carl Daugherty.
Honorary Pallbearers will include Sonny Sungy, Lee Smith and Mark Allen.
