Thomas John Ballachino Jr.'s Obituary
BALLACHINO Jr., Thomas "Tom" John; of Nashville, TN, died Monday, May 10, 2010. Preceded in death by his parents, Doris and Thomas Ballachino. Survived by brother, John (Ruth) Ballachino and nephew David Ballachino all of Germany. Aunts and Uncles, Carl (The Late Irene)Ballachino Sr., Lou and Don Johnson; Cousins, Carl Ballachino Jr., Pat Routte, Barbie Dazarin, Doug Johnson, Lucy Walker, Joseph Kramer, Pete Kramer, Becky Gaines, Mike Hoskins and many dear friends. Born August 25, 1955 in Cincinnati, OH, Tom had a distinguished military and civilian career, serving in the Army Corps of Engineers as a Captain and Combat engineer. A graduate of Morehead State, Tom’s penchant for learning led him to advance his career in technology consulting, most recently at Deloitte Consulting and Eagle Creek Software Services, where he was Vice President of Technology and Project Center Director. All who knew Tom, both personally and professionally, were blessed by his giving spirit and hard work ethic. Memorial contributions may be made to AMVETS by visiting amvetsnsf.org/donate. A ceremony will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Rotunda at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, TN 37221 with interment to follow.
