Mrs. Tracy Lynn Hamilton's Obituary
Tracy Lynn Hamilton, age 37 of Nashville, TN departed this life December 15, 2013 following a courageous battle with breast cancer. Tracy was born September 1, 1976 in San Diego, CA to Andrew Damien Smith and Debbie Paramore Raftery. She moved to her hometown of Nashville in 1983.
Tracy, above all, loved being a wife and mother. She enjoyed gardening and cooking and was an avid Nashville Predators fan. She loved football as well, especially fantasy football. She organized the Riverside Blossom Festival for two years and also helped organize Fabulous Females Fighting Cancer. She opened and operated three successful small businesses: Hamilton Bartending Services, Village Pub & Beer Garden, and The Hop Stop.
She is survived by her husband, Jesse; son, Charlie; parents, Andy Smith, Nancy Smith and Debbie Raftery; sisters, Kelly Smith (Ben) Modena and Rosemary Barrow; niece, Drew Modena; and father and mother-in-law, Tom and Jennifer Hamilton; brother and sister-in-law, Andrew and Erin Webb and nephew, Henry Webb;
A celebration of Tracy’s life will be conducted at 2 P.M., Saturday, December 21, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Father Patrick Kibby officiating.
Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 1 PM on Saturday at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
A wake to celebrate Tracy’s life will be held at 6 P.M., Sunday, December 22, 2013 at the Village Pub & Beer Garden, 1308 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37216.
