Mrs. Virginia Wilk Clunan's Obituary
Virginia Wilk Clunan, age 100 of Nashville passed away on February 28, 2014. Mrs. Clunan was born on June 7, 1913 in Nashville to the late Fred H. and Zurle Bryant Wilk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Martin Clunan, Sr.; sons, Richard Wilk Clunan, Sr. and Henry Martin Clunan, Jr.; and grandson, Richard Wilk Clunan, Jr. She is survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 4th at 1:00 P.M. from St. Joseph Catholic Church. Grandsons will serve as active pallbearers. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 2nd from 4-6 P.M. and on Tuesday, March 4th from 12-1PM. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alive Hospice, Room In the Inn or Holy Name Catholic Church.
