Mrs. Virginia Neal's Obituary
Virginia Paul Neal, age 88, died peacefully on January 19, 2015 at the Parc, Duluth, GA. She was born in Watertown, TN to deceased parents William Andrew Paul and Reba Henderickson Paul. She was a lifelong resident of Davidson County, most of it in Madison, TN.
She retired as secretary at Spring Hill Cemetery for 38 years. She was a member of Old Hickory Chapter #203 Order of the Eastern Star, serving many roles in the local and state chapter, including Grand Worth Matron. She volunteered countless hours with the Nashville Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Board, with recognition as Volunteer of the Year in 1997. She was a member of City Road Methodist Church, where over the years she held many positions, her favorite being MYF counselor.
Preceded in death by her husband Dennis W. Neal, her parents and brother Harold Paul. She is survived by her daughter Linda Neal Dekle-Frost, son-in-law A. Vail Frost, grandson Christopher Neal Dekle and wife Susie, great grandson Charles Neal Dekle, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and her Grand Family.
Funeral services Saturday, January 24 at 1:00pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home, with a reception being held immediately following the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will occur later in the day.
