Mrs. Virginia S. Payne's Obituary
Payne, Virginia Sain Age 87, born March 15, 1927, died July 18, 2014. She lived a life worthy of her faith in her savior, Jesus. "Mom" was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She "fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7).
Preceded in death by husband, Ben; parents Charlie and Zella Sain; brothers Cordell and Charles Sain; sisters Ila Mae Molteni, Alene Warren and Mary Jo Holland.
She is survived by sons Ben Payne, Jr., Nashville and Richard Payne (Darcie and grandchildren Chelsey and Seth), Minnetonka, MN; sisters-in-law Betty Payne, Nashville and Sharon Sain, Nolensville.
Virginia will be laid to rest beside her husband, Ben, at Spring Hill Cemetery. A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 11am, in the Veterans Garden of Spring Hill Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Mom’s caregivers at Morningside of Belmont and Alive Hospice, Nashville.
