Ms. Virginia Beatrice Taylor's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Virginia Beatrice Taylor, affectionately known as Nanny, announces her sudden passing on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the age of 89. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons; Bobby (Mary Ann) Jarrett, Ricky (Cathy) Jarrett; Grandsons, Bobby Joe Jarrett, Israel (Marietta) Jarrett; 9 great grandchildren, 11 great, great grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Edna (Hesson) Dickens; siblings, Mary (David) Nelms, Nell (Roy) Edward’s, Marie (Albert) Tressler, Naomi (Clyde) Jones, Lois (Clarence) Varden, and Wesley (Lelai) Dickens. Nanny loved nothing more than spending time with her family. She especially loved visits from all the children in her family. She had a beautiful, loving heart and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Virginia’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be visitation and viewing for family and friends wishing to pay their respects on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville TN 37216.
