Mr. W.C. "Sonny" Meador Jr.'s Obituary
W. C. “Sonny” Meador, Jr, age 86 of Nashville, passed away January 1, 2015. He was born on March 13, 1928 in Celina, TN to the late Weldon Sr. and Cleo Green Meador.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Betty and daughter Tammy Meador Kimbrough (Jason), grandchildren Benjamin and Lacey Kimbrough, brother Jerry Meador and numerous loving family members. Sonny proudly served his country in the US Army and was a salesman with Southern Leather Co. for many years. He enjoyed hunting, the outdoors, being a mechanic and handyman.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, January 5, 2015, 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Kimbrough, Rev. Randy Riggs, and David Corlew officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jason Kimbrough, Benjamin Kimbrough, John Cox, Tommy French, Darrin Meador, Bryan Meador, and Jerry Meador. Honorary pallbearers will be Mo Pilkington, Gary Davenport, Howard Johnson, and Jim Johnson.
