W. Robert Locke's Obituary
LOCKE, Walter Robert; Age 82 of Hendersonville passed August 1, 2012. Mr. Locke attended Goodlettsville Cumberland Presbyterian Church and retired from the Baptist Sunday School Board. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Locke; daughter, Kim Harrison; daughter-in-law, Carla Locke; sister, Donna (Joe) Alsup; grandchildren, Jennifer (Ruel) Waldrep, Heather (Eric) Branson, Tonya (Langdon) Newman and Sarah Jacobs; great-grandchildren, Caitlyn King, Hunter Waldrep, Ansley Newman and Nate Newman. Robert was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Locke; an un-named twin boy; sister, Pauline Collier and grandson Robbie C. Locke. Services will be on Friday August, 3, 2012 at 2PM in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Stutler and Perry Davis officiating. Visitation Thursday 4-8PM, Friday 12-2. Entombment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery Garden Mausoleum, where pallbearers will be Eric Branson, Ruel Waldrep, Bobby Allison, Arnold Maki, Fred Stoops, and Joe Alsup. Honorary pallbearers are Members of Fidelis Sunday School at GCPC, Members of The Volunteer Travelling Belles, Harold and Jean Brown, Ralph and Joyce Fawver, Ed and Ann Porter, Vada and Carl Smith.
