Mr. Walter T. Grove's Obituary
Walter T. Grove, age 79 of Madison and formerly of Hendersonville passed away October 13, 2014. Mr. Grove was a longtime resident of Hendersonville, moving there with his family in the 1960’s. He was retired from the Sheet Metal Union local 177 after over 50 years of service. Mr. Grove was born in Nashville, TN on May 15, 1935 to the late Paul and Mary Grove. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Evelyn Grove in 2006. He is survived by his sons; Gary Grove and Steve Grove; and his grandson, Ryan Grove. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th in the Holy Family Section of Historic Spring Hill Cemetery where he will be laid to rest next to his late wife. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 15th from 10:00 A.M. until time to leave for the cemetery at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
