Walter L. Spino age 41, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. Walter was born to Walter Lee Ledbetter and Judy Carol Bass in McMinnville on August 4, 1975. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 6pm at Pleasant View Baptist Church.
