Mrs. Wanda French Hawkins' Obituary
Mrs. Wanda Sue French Hawkins, 68 formerly of Nashville, died November 8, 2014 at her residence in Vancleave, Mississippi.
The Camden, Tennessee native was the daughter of the late Robert Wayne and Mary French. She was a typesetter for D & D Typesetting for many years and served as a dealer at The Grand in Bilioxi, MS. Mrs. Hawkins enjoyed cooking, dancing, listening music and taking cruises to the Bahamas. She was of the Baptist Faith and loved life everyday to the fullest.
She is survived by a daughter, Angela (Erik) Coates; a son, Tim (Sandra McEwen) Hawkins; 3 brothers and 5 sisters; 3 grandchildren, Sarah Hawkins, Coty Lewis and Brittany Lewis; several nieces and nephews. She was formerly married to the late Charles Hawkins, the father of her children.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Graveside Service will be conducted Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 12:45PM in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery is assisting the family with arrangements.
