Mr. Wayne Eugene Allen's Obituary
Wayne Eugene Allen, age 86, passed away on October 25, 2019. He was the son of the late Monte and Anna Allen of Washington, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his wife Thelma “Tootsie” Allen. He is survived by his children Christy Brown (Doug), Shannon Stone (Chuck), Monty Allen (Kem). He is also survived by four grandchildren Heather Dalton (Brian), Candace Gruenke (Luke), Marcus Stone, Corey Allen (Kristen) and three great-grandchildren.
Wayne served in the US Navy in the Korean War and was employed for 44 years at the Ford Glass Plant. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and of Cornerstone Church of Nashville.
Wayne’s visitation will be Monday, October 28, 2019 from 3-7 P.M. A celebration of life graveside service will be on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in the historic Spring Hill Cemetery 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37216. Family and friends are requested to meet at the funeral home at 12:30 to go in procession to the grave.
