Mr. Wayne Brown's Obituary
Wayne Brown, age 78, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019. Wayne was born on May 9, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Clifton Brown and Viva Ione Brown.
Wayne retired from Williams Printing Company where he had worked as a press operator. He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. As an avid antique automobile collector, he had participated in the Hendersonville Cruise In on Friday nights for 15 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Dale Brown.
He is survived by his sons, Mike (Stacey) Brown and Steve (Lisa) Brown; grandchildren Evan, Avery, Megan, Stephanie and Chris; great-grandchildren Brayden and Teagan Yager; sister Pam (John) Matthews-Burton; the mother of his children Patricia Williams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place on Friday, July 19, at 1 PM at the funeral home with Father Jeff Jones officiating. Family will receive friends an hour prior to services. Burial will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
