Mr. Wayne Williams' Obituary
Wayne Williams of Nashville, TN passed away on September 12, 2016. Wayne was born on December 9, 1918 in Paris, TN to parents Bernice and Wayne Williams. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 51 years, Bessie Williams. He is survived by his devoted friend and caregiver of many years, Michelle Shewmaker. Wayne was a faithful Christian who lived a long, full life. He was an Army Veteran (WWII and the Korean War) and was awarded a Purple Heart. He loved Native American culture, Alabama football and the Detroit Tigers. Visitation is 4 to 7PM - Sept. 21 at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
