Wendell W. Caruthers' Obituary
Wendell Caruthers age 87 of Hendersonville, TN passed away on February 7, 2012. He was preceded in death by his mother Willie Snell and father Mr. H.W. Caruthers, wife, Colleen Corbitt Caruthers, daughter, Montie Karen Caruthers , and sister Mildred Dawn Davidson. He is survived by his son, Wendell Kreh Caruthers. He served in the US Army during World War Two in the 3rd Army from Utah Beach in Normandy till 1945. He retired from the US Postal service with 41 years of service. He is a member of the Neely's Bend Church of Christ in Madison, TN. A visitation will be held on Thursday February 9, 2012 from 4-7PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A funeral ceremony will be conducted on Friday February 10, 2012 at 2PM in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, with Don Readhimer and Norman Slate officiating.
