Mr. Willard Price Allen's Obituary
Willard Price Allen, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Willard was born to Johnnie C. and Zemmah (Price) Allen on November 26, 1942 in Old Hickory, Tennessee.
Willard retired as an Engineer with the Department of Defense. After his retirement, he was the minister for Eastside Church of Christ in Waverly, Tennessee for 16 years.
Willard is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Anita Allen, brothers Johnnie C. Allen, Roy Allen, and Robert Allen. He is survived by his wife Margie (Autry) Allen; sons John R. Allen, Sr. and David N. Allen, 6 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; sister Barbara (Jerry) Baggett; sister in laws Linda Allen and Ivarene Allen; mother in law Marjorine Autry; and his special niece Regina Allen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5pm-8pm and from 10am until service time on Saturday, February 3, 2018. Services will be conducted on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 1pm in the Chapel at Spring Hill Funeral Home, officiated by John Gentry and Joel Plunkett. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
