William Kevin Amick's Obituary
Kevin Amick, a loving father, husband, and friend, passed away on July 18, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends. Born in Nashville, Tennessee, he was known for his faithful walk and his dedication to his family. He enjoyed playing golf and working in the yard. He was a loyal Estimator of 40 years for Harold Moore and Sons in Nashville, TN. He was unwavering in his faith in all areas of his life in spreading the gospel of Jesus.
He brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with his gentle spirit, caring heart, radiant smile, and his desire to serve those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will live on through those he touched.
Preceding him in death is his father William Columbus Amick and Mildred Marie Amick Bowman.
Kevin leaves a legacy through his wife, Elizabeth Amick; stepfather, Hugh Bowman; brother, Tim (Michelle) Ray; children: Nick (Renee) Amick and Alicia (James) Ramsay; stepchildren: Hillary (Brian) Gainous and Jeremy Benton; grandchildren: Cierra Binkley, Micah Amick, Hezekiah Amick, Novalee Ramsay, Sage Ramsay, Dexter Gainous, Roxie Gainous, Liza Gainous, and Quentin Gainous.
To celebrate Kevin Amick’s remarkable life, we will gather on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024. Visitation will be held from 1-3pm with service to follow at Springhill Funeral Home in Madison, TN.
To honor Kevin's memory, please wear your most cheerful colors to the service!
In lieu of flowers, Kevin requested that donations be made to support Diabetes research.
Final arrangement are entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, "Where Nashville Comes to Remember."
